Dickinson attorney Marc Ward was appointed to serve a one-year term as chair of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Business Law Section Council.  The ISBA’s Business Law Section is an organization “in which members who have an interest in corporation, banking and business law can meet for discussion and exchange of ideas, to monitor developments in legal fields having particular application to corporations, banks, and other business entities; to inform the membership of changes made or needed in legislation and regulations of these fields; and to conduct CLE and other events enabling its members to more effectively practice in this field.”  Marc’s term as chair will run from July 2011 through June 2012.
