Bridget Penick practices primarily in employment law, representing employers of all sizes, both in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.  In addition to handling employment-related litigation, Bridget counsels employers in human resources policies and procedures, employment discrimination, FMLA, ADA, wage & hour, NLRA issues, and union organizing.  She also assists employers with employment-related immigration issues.
