Christine F. Halbrook has a general practice including but not limited to probate, estate planning, and nonprofit work.  Christine assists fiduciaries with the probate process and has also represented beneficiaries with their objections.  She advises clients regarding the management of their financial assets and assists in creating estate plans that help minimize estate and inheritance taxes.  With her work in the nonprofit area, Christine assists clients with obtaining tax exempt status while ensuring her clients stay compliant with the requirements that accompany tax exempt status.
