introduction

Fred Schneider is engaged in the general practice of law, including but not limited to business law and business transactions.  One of Fred’s goals in his practice has been to create long-term relationships with his clients, not only providing them with legal representation and guidance, but also attempting to learn as much as possible about their businesses.  In doing so, Fred has gained a great deal of business knowledge and experience about many businesses that he believes provides an additional benefit to his clients beyond normal legal representation.  One particular area in which Fred has worked for a number of years is publishing and media, which over the more recent years has led to representation in online e-commerce matters.
