introduction

Jennifer has a general practice including business law, real estate law and estate planning.  She regularly advises limited liability companies and corporations with regard to organization, management, and dissolution matters.  Another large part of Jennifer’s practice consists of assisting businesses with with mergers and acquisitions, including stock sales and asset sales.  In the real estate area, Jennifer advises clients on matters including platting, purchases and development.  Her practice also includes assisting banks with loan agreements and financing matters, as well as providing estate planning services to individuals.
