introduction

John Lande maintains a general practice including but not limited to corporate law and general litigation.  He represents both business entities and individuals in all phases of litigation.  John spends part of his free time as a volunteer teaching assistant, helping local schools provide law-related programs and activities including “We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution,” an annual competition sponsored by the Center for Civic Education.
