Commercial transactions including corporate finance, real estate issues and business contracts comprise a significant portion of Paul’s practice.  His practice also includes estate planning, trusts and probate matters.  Paul is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has a Band I ranking from Chambers & Partners, and is included in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He acts as primary legal counsel to a broad variety of business entities and individuals and as local counsel to numerous national and international business.
