• Dickinson counsel obtained a voluntary settlement of 100% of the amount of our client’s mechanics lien, plus all attorney’s fees, on a large commercial construction project in northeastern Iowa.
• In a bench trial for a suit brought by an owner for breach of warranties, Dickinson counsel successfully defended a contractor that had been sued in his individual capacity.
• Dickinson litigators achieved a complete defense judgment in a case brought by a construction company alleging damages in excess of $1 million based on claims of interference with contract, defamation and breach of contract as third party beneficiary.
