Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources leads and directs the development, implementation, and management of Human Resources policies and programs related to employee relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, recruiting, compensation and general human resources administration. Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or business management and a minimum of 5 years of experience directing all aspects of the human resources function in a law firm or similar professional service industry. A candidate with some accounting background to assist with bookkeeping functions will be strongly considered.
