We seek a seasoned attorney to join the busy and reputable labor and employment law practice group in our general business law firm.  Ideal candidates will have five plus years of experience in LEL practice in any jurisdiction.  Plaintiff-side or government LEL experience is acceptable.  Hires may be associates on the shareholder track, shareholders, or contract attorneys, depending on qualifications.

Our LEL attorneys litigate cases and counsel employers of all sizes and in many industries, with a concentration in financial services and construction.  We represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitrations, audits, and investigations involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unfair labor practices, unemployment, FMLA, FLSA, Davis-Bacon, and restrictive covenants; we draft and review various employment agreements, benefit plans, policies, handbooks, and AAPs; we conduct investigations and training; we negotiate and help administer labor contracts in both the public and private sectors; and we file and advise on employment-related immigration matters.  We focus on prevention and risk mitigation for our clients.
