Jeff Krausman represented both public and private sector clients in a wide variety of employment-related issues. He had experience as a negotiator at the bargaining table, and as an advocate in grievance disputes, and he litigated employment-related matters in both state and federal courts.
Jeff began his law career at the Iowa Public Relations Board (PERB), which administers the Iowa law governing employment relations and collective bargaining in the public sector. In 1977 he entered private practice, focusing primarily on labor and employment issues. He practiced primarily in employment law and education law.
Jeff was a frequent speaker at Iowa Bar Association and Iowa School Board Association programs, and he was selected for inclusion in the 2009-2021 editions of The Best Lawyers in America and in the 2010-2021 editions of Chambers USA: America’s Best Lawyers for Business in the area of Labor & Employment Law.
