Introduction

Ted Craig handles commercial litigation and related business matters for businesses and individuals, including construction companies, family farm entities, real estate firms, pipeline companies, manufacturers, and service providers.  Ted’s trial experience and his straightforward, practical approach to issues is an asset for clients, whether a client is looking to avoid litigation, resolve a dispute, or protect their rights at the courthouse.  Ted also works closely with city and county assessors across the state to defend appeals of property tax assessments on commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties.  

Ted is the chair of the firm’s recruiting committee, is active in the Iowa State Bar Association, and is a life-long resident and supporter of Des Moines.
