COVID-19 Update from Dickinson Law

COVID-19 Update from Dickinson Law

Posted on 03/16/2020 at 04:00 PM by The Newsroom

The good health and safety of the community, our clients, employees, and colleagues are our primary concerns as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. With the increasing number of reported COVID-19 cases in the U.S. and around the state of Iowa, we wanted to provide you with a brief update regarding our preparations to protect our employees and business associates, while continuing to serve our valued clients.

The Dickinson Law offices in downtown Des Moines and Pella are currently open and conducting business. We have implemented a contingency plan to address business continuity in a flexible and practical way, consistent with CDC guidelines. While the plan includes monitoring and reducing travel, and curtailment of in-person client meetings wherever possible, we remain available to meet our clients' legal and business needs.

We have enhanced our technological capacity to support our attorneys and staff working remotely, in the event of a quarantine or other business interruption.

In the event that it is absolutely necessary to meet in person, please review our Visitor Guidelines

We will continue to communicate updates via our website, email, and social media, as well as keep our clients informed of new developments and provide legal guidance on the issues they face in this crisis.

We value our relationship with our clients and the community. We firmly believe that, with our faith in one another, planning and perseverance, we can navigate these challenging times together.
