Dickinson announces new shareholders

Dickinson Law is pleased to announce that attorneys Melissa A. Schilling and Bryan P. O'Neill have been become shareholders in the firm.
Melissa's practice emphasizes traditional labor law and employment litigation. She has experience in grievance and interest arbitration cases, contract negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, as well as state and federal litigation. Bryan's practice involves various all types of litigation cases including discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, wage and hour, and wrongful termination . Additionally, he counsels clients in the employment area on compliance with state and federal laws including ways to manage and avoid risks.
