On Demand Webinar: Calculating EPSL & EFMLA Pay: It's Complicated
Posted on 05/12/2020 at 01:24 PM by The Newsroom
In order to properly pay FLSA overtime premium, employers must understand and apply the FLSA “regular rate” provisions for non-exempt employees who receive bonus, commission or most other forms of pay along with their base hourly rate. The FFCRA also incorporates these regular rate rules, with some variations, for computing paid time off for non-exempt employees.
Join Jill Jensen-Welch and Mike Staebell of the Dickinson Law Firm for an On Demand Webinar* that will provide you with what you need to know to be in compliance with these rules as well as calculating EPSL and EFMLA pay. The webinar first aired on May 12th.
